課程概述 |
English Composition II (1) aims to introduce students skills in writing essays in different forms. This semester, the course will focus on developing students' knowledge in short essay writing and two types of essays (narration and comparison). Basic skills in research will also be introduced. In the process of writing, students will gain hands-on feedback through peer-reviewing skills and individual writing conference. |

By the end of this course, students will be able to (1) write short essays; 2) explore writing topics of their own interest; and (3) compile and organize materials in restricted writing modes.
